This Healthy Vegetable Chicken Soup is a great way to reclaim your system whenever you need to make healthy choices!   • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 3 green chillies
  • 2 medium size chicken breast
  • Water 2 l
  • Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp butter


Roughly cut the vegetables into big chunks
Add the following ingredients in the pot:

  • 2 potatoes

  • 1 capsicum (orange or yellow)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 chicken breast (medium size)
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 turmeric
  • 1 chicken bouillon
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  1. After Adding all of the ingredients in the pot, put 2L of hot water
  2. Then Mix all of the ingredients.
  3. Cook on low-medium heat for 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked.
  4. Next, Transfer chicken to a plate and shred the chicken
  5. Add 1 cup egg pasta in the pot together with the ingredients and cook until done
  6. Be sure to Reduce the heat, cover the pot with a lid
  7. Slide the chicken back in the pot and add 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
  8. Lastly, add 2 tbsp butter
